Madhav Diwan is a Director in the Consulting Services Group, with over 20 years of extensive experience in Information Technology and leveraging technology and engineering solutions to manage change and engender confidence in highly complex operating environments. Madhav is responsible for cybersecurity services and providing technology based automated and hosted cybersecurity solutions to our clients. In addition, he has proven track record with integrating and securing large-scale enterprises, providing analysis and recommendations for networking and infrastructure systems, and building efficient new generation infrastructure. Madhav is adept at developing, deploying, and supporting information systems, establishing highly effective policies and procedures, and consistently establishing harmony between IT and organizational objectives.
Prior to joining the firm, Madhav’s focus over the last few years has been leading teams to enhance outcomes for clients in areas such as compliance, technology, cybersecurity, in addition to managing cybersecurity architecture projects for various enterprise clients. With a strong know knowledge of cybersecurity, application and systems development, and system and network design in addition to enterprise architecture, network and host, he is dedicated in implementing solutions that exceed expectations. Madhav has also designed reference architectures now used for many BIG DATA designs.
Madhav has long been involved in the design and architecture of critical technology fixes. In 2001, Madhav developed and executed the remediation plans to manage malware outbreaks for the airline systems in North America; in 2004 he received recognition for the design and deployment of a secure web infrastructure for a major insurance provider's HR system (securing a multi-billion dollar contract to implement a “real-time” treasury system); in 2008 he designed and developed a methodology for the simultaneous or near concurrent secure distribution of applications and configurations to multiple systems in a complex environment (beginning of cloud configuration management on large scale) this system is used by major television networks/communications companies, as well as large banks and financial entities; in 2012 he developed international DR strategies for globally dispersed sites based on internet VPN strategies for Middle Eastern and South American brokerage firms; and in 2012 he designed the AWS reference architecture for an international machinery company that is now used as the basis for many big data designs.
