Biography

Louis Borodinsky is a Tax Partner with over 25 years of accounting experience in individual, estate and trust income taxation, estate and trust administration including estate tax returns and fiduciary accounting, estate and gift tax planning and other related family office matters. He also serves a variety of high net worth clients in investment management and planning.

Prior to joining the firm, Louis was a Tax Partner at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals.
