Lee Tomasso is a Partner in the firm. With nearly 10 years of public accounting experience, Lee provides domestic and international accounting, auditing and business consulting services to public and private clients in a variety of industries, including software, life sciences, technology and professional services, among others.

As a member of the Technology Group, Lee helps serve the specialized needs of technology-driven companies. He has extensive experience with SEC compliance, business combinations, revenue recognition, equity-based compensation and other complex equity instruments.

Additionally, Lee has helped guide companies through purchase accounting and business combination matters, in connection with large-scale transactions.
