Biography

Karen Kelly is a Tax Director with over 25 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance, primarily providing services to private equity and hedge funds and their portfolio companies. She has also advised multi-national public companies, including work with international taxes and ASC 740 accounting for income taxes. Karen has significant experience with start-ups in the biotechnical arena and educational field, as well as entities which have commenced product sales.

Karen has been a lecturer of courses for EisnerAmper University on tax topics including the use of partnerships. Her most recent presentation was on the new partnership audit rules.
