Joseph Rubin is currently a Consultant to the firm’s Financial Advisory Services Group focusing on real estate clients. Joe has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry supporting his clients’ most important decisions. He has worked with family owned businesses, REITs, private equity funds, and financial institutions to develop strategy, improve governance and operations, and manage risk.
Joe has provided due diligence support on hundreds of real estate acquisitions, financings, restructurings, and corporate acquisitions. He also works with real estate families and their family offices on governance, transparency, reporting, and succession planning.
Joe serves as Vice President on the Board of Trustees of the Jewish Association for Services to the Aging, where he is Chair of the Program and Strategic Planning Committees. He chairs the Advisory Board of the Library of the Jewish Theological Seminary. Joe is also a member of the National Council of Trustees for National Jewish Hospital.
