The position of Legal Entity Controller will be responsible for all aspects of accounting and reposting for the designated businesses including:

· Accounts payable

· Bank reconciliations

· Maintain balance sheet schedules

· Sales tax reporting

· Retail reporting & recording for a few entities currently using:

1. Shopify

2. Square

3. ThunderTix

4. Authorize.Net

5. Clearent

· Daily cash reporting

· Financial statement prep / review

· Project analysis

· Audits
