Client and Position Overview
Our client is an industry leading manufacturer and supplier of overhead and underground
electrical and natural gas distribution products. The company provides an innovative portfolio
of stock and custom products and the highest quality, value, and service to customers in the
utility, commercial, and industrial sectors.

A leading private capital firm with extensive experience in the sector recently invested in the
company and the family ownership will continue to lead the business. The company
subsequently hired a Chief Financial Officer with successful private capital experience. The
Head of FP&A will report to the CFO, enhance the capabilities and performance of the finance
team and the overall company, and contribute as a key executive in the finance organization.

Preferred Professional Experience
The position requires an accomplished finance executive with 12 to 15+ years of experience,
and prior tenure with manufacturing companies and/ or audit or consulting firms would be
advantageous. Ideally, the candidate will have prior private capital and/ or leveraged
business experience and understand how to create value and drive improvements across the
full investment cycle.

  • The preferred candidate will possess outstanding strategic, analytical,
    planning, and modeling skills and have extensive experience with the implementation and
    utilization of BI, analytics, ERP and related information systems.

Education, Compensation, and Location
The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, and a CPA,
MBA, and/ or relevant professional certifications are preferred strongly.
