Egis Capital Partners is a private equity firm focused on buyout and growth investments in the Security & Protection industry.
The Firm targets technology or technology-enabled companies with enterprise values ranging between $20 million and $200
million that require a total investment between $10 million and $80 million. The firm has a portfolio of six active investments,
and is currently considering multiple platform acquisitions.

Job Description:
Egis Capital Partners is seeking a private equity investment professional preferably based in Summit, NJ or the Greater New
York City area. The pre-MBA Senior Analyst/Associate will assist with all aspects of private equity investing, including
investment sourcing and diligence processes, portfolio company monitoring, market and industry research, and ad-hoc firm
operational projects. Projects may range from performing due diligence, conducting financial analysis, analyzing competitive
landscapes, completing quarterly reports, creating presentations or informational materials, and drafting investment committee
materials. Candidates should have excellent financial modeling skills (including building operating models, comp sets and
valuation models), strong research and analytical skill and well-developed communication. The Senior Analyst/Associate will
support the investment team in all stages of the investment process.

Desired Profile:
▪ 1-3 years of investment banking, private equity, debt financing or consulting experience
▪ Financial modeling skills required, with strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
▪ Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills
▪ Self-starter with strong work ethic who is comfortable operating in a highly entrepreneurial environment
▪ Strong project management skills with ability to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
▪ Preferred experience with databases and CRM systems including Pitchbook, iLevel Solutions, and DealCloud
▪ Accounting or financial undergraduate degree preferred with a strong interest in private equity, pre-MBA
