Our state-of-the art commissary is located in Midtown Manhattan, one block south of Bryant Park. We have 10,000 square feet of high-volume capacity, which allows our 24 hour culinary teams to prepare fresh food from scratch and batch cook for each order. Our method allows more variety and diversity in our menus, and freshness to our clients. We are the Food and Beverage Operating Partners with Little Island and have developed concepts as a cornerstone to delivering the little Island visitor experience.


Position Summary

This position’s objectives include providing financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and budgeting support to the CFO . This position will create value by being actively involved in analysis, forecasting, long-range strategic planning and working capital reporting and analysis. This role will include recurring duties as well involvement in various special and ad hoc assignments.


Essential Job Functions:
● Oversee and support all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
● Lead the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
● Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
● Support month-end and year-end close process
● Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
● Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
● Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
● Protects assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
● Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans
● Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances;initiating corrective actions
● Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data
● Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
● Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing andnew legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing financial reports; advising management on needed actions
● Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
