Private equity-owned technology organization ($30M-$50M in revenue)

Requirements:

• Technology or IT industry experience preferable
• Will handle high-level accounting, managerial accounting, and oversee the financial activities of the company, reporting to CFO
• Will manage and supervise all aspects of accounting and assist with the development of internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning as needed
• Looking for a process improvement-oriented professional who can make suggestions and streamline efficiencies
• Position will help to implement accounting software
• Must be able to handle large amounts of data and help to make sense of it
• Lead the year-end audit with external auditors
• Culturally, position should bring high energy and be able to wear many different hats
