Our client is a worldwide Global Healthcare Manufacturing and Services Company and operates in over 25 countries. They have a strong presence in the US market and this position is based in their US headquarters in central New Jersey.

They seek an accomplished VP of Finance level candidate to oversee the day to day accounting and finance of several key US Business Units. This position is a senior business partner with senior management to create long range budget plans and business forecasts to drive strategic initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals. Overall responsibility includes areas of Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Tax, Treasury functions and AP/AR, Payroll, and Credit.

This position manages approx. 55 people through direct reports.  

Responsibilities to include:

Coordinate the financial reporting of sales and products of over 25 legal entities in multiple divisions. Provide analysis and explanation of financial plans and budgets and play a pivotal role on monitoring organizational progress. Provides support to key leadership executives on a broad range of operational, strategic, and tactical issues impacting company revenue and profitability Oversee budgeting, and the implementation of budget and forecasting to monitor progress and present operational metrics  Builds strong relationships with business leaders and partners on financial analysis and communications. Provide comprehensive due diligence support for all acquisitions and also drive decision on full or partial integration Define process and policy and effectively communicate, train, and implement department and companywide changes 

Our client is seeking a candidate from a large, preferably global organization. Preferred industry experience includes healthcare related – service or manufacturing.

Qualifications

BS in Finance/Accounting and CPA required, MBA is preferred. Minimum of 10 years progressive corporate experience in the finance and accounting area of a Global Healthcare Company or other regulated Corporation. Present experience commensurate with the job responsibilities Demonstrated excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
