BHMS Investments, LP is a private investment firm focused on the North American middle market. The
firm was founded in 2010 and is based in Westport, Connecticut. BHMS invests in a wide variety of
control and structured equity opportunities ranging from consolidation strategies to conventional
leveraged buyouts to companies in financial distress. The firm focuses on industries in which it has deep
experience and relationships including Business & Insurance Services. BHMS is currently deploying
capital from its most recent fund, which it raised in 2017, and anticipates closing its next fund at the end
of 2020.

Position Overview

BHMS is seeking motivated and team-oriented Associates that are eager to join a growing private equity
firm and entrepreneurial work environment. Associates at BHMS will assume an integral role across the
firm’s investment and portfolio management activities. Associates will be involved with the diligence,
evaluation and structuring of new investment opportunities. In addition, Associates will provide broad
support to portfolio companies and assist in the completion of tuck-in acquisitions and preparation for
board meetings. A successful Associate will employ an ownership mentality, display excellent attention
to detail, strive for excellence and work cooperatively on a variety of business initiatives.

• Market research and competitive analysis
• Company due diligence
• Financial analysis and modeling
• Transaction structuring and execution
• Support portfolio company financial reporting and general initiatives
• Industry networking to support business development and deal origination

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate and present ideas in a clear manner
• Displays a strong professional presence
• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or another related field and a strong record of academic achievement
• 1-3 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in investment banking, valuation or advisoryservices
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative ability to analyze financial statements
• Operates with a team player attitude and shows initiative and enthusiasm in seeking new challenges
