Job Title

Job #1462: Accountant - NY (9-14-20)

New York

HoldCo Asset Management, LP and its affiliates (“HoldCo”) advise investment partnerships with over $1
billion in assets and committed capital. HoldCo was founded by Vik Ghei and Misha Zaitzeff in 2011 with
a broad mandate to invest in corporate credit, structured credit and equity. HoldCo recently raised its
latest investment partnerships totaling over $700 million in committed capital. Because these
partnerships are structured similar to private equity funds with multi-year horizons, HoldCo is able to
remain patient and opportunistic in its deployment of capital.

The Opportunity

HoldCo is seeking to add an additional member to our small but dedicated team of non-investment
professionals. This is a new position and will involve duties across several areas of our firm. Because of
the diverse nature of the role and our small team environment, this position will have direct access to
everyone at the firm. We believe that this position offers unique exposure to a broad range of functions
at a dynamic investment firm. If you are a highly motivated individual, this position will allow you to
make substantial contributions to HoldCo and gain exceptionally valuable experience in the process.

The Requirements

HoldCo requires a bachelor’s degree with coursework in accounting, finance or business, and preferably
computer science, an extremely strong work ethic, a passion for the investment business, superior
analytical skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude toward learning new skills and subject matters,
and an ability to creatively solve problems using technology.

Equal Opportunity Employer

HoldCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate based upon race, religion, color,
national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual
orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an
individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics.
