A leading Long Island based CPA/Tax consulting firm seeks a HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER/ DIRECTOR.
This position will report to Managing Partner and be responsible for all H.R functions, including but not limited to Employee Benefits, Compensation, Training, Staffing, Recruiting and Scheduling. This is a highly visible role with a chance to be a key contributor to the growth and success of the practice for years to come.

Requirements include 8-20 years of related human resources background with public accounting firm experience highly preferred. High energy, excellent people skills and hands on approach with attention to detail are essential.
