The company believes in challenging advertising paradigms to maximize value for clients. They do this by enabling companies to execute on business outcomes across their media investment instead of more traditional media metrics.

Company is looking for an experienced in-house recruiter to drive the next phase of growth.  You will be searching for candidates in all different fields - from IT to marketing and sales.  If you are thoughtful, excellent at articulating a company story, creative in your approach, able to provide excellent care for candidates and advise hiring leaders accurately and effectively while managing multiple searches simultaneously in a dynamic environment – this could be the role for you.

  • Own the entire hiring process from role kickoff and offer negotiation while working with our VP of Talent
  • Developing relationships at all levels of the business, meeting regularly with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
  • Source and build robust candidate pipelines for a variety of roles
  • Reach out to potential candidates and act as an ambassador for VideoAmp's exemplary work culture
  • Handle multiple ongoing projects while maintaining our Greenhouse ATS and all incoming candidates and interview requests
  • Interface with all hiring managers and team leads in identifying optimal candidates


  • 5 + years of Recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
  • Smart, passionate and driven
  • A proven record of employing creative sourcing strategies
  • Strong reputation and experience with ad tech
  • Experience with Greenhouse or any other applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Proficiency with the Google Calendar and Google Docs
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
