Biography

Jack Paladino is a Manager within EisnerAmper Digital, specializing in risk advisory, with experience serving both public and private companies. Jack’s experience also includes Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 initiatives, internal audit, IT and cybersecurity solutions. He has served a variety of clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry.

Jack has an integral role and assists with documenting the internal control environment, including the IT environment, by performing walkthroughs of various business processes. In addition, Jack has experience evaluating the design and operating effectiveness of controls, identifying risks, and providing value added recommendations.
