Join our second webinar as we continue to discuss "Optimizing Your SOX Compliance Program." This session will continue to focus on best practices in SOX compliance whether you're preparing for an IPO, a first-year filer, or have been performing SOX for many years. We will provide a deeper dive into overall efficiencies and challenges when looking at both 404(a) and 404(b) requirements. 

We will be joined by Robert Morales (CPA, MBA), who is a seasoned financial reporting and accounting professional with extensive experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control reviews and testing. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Accounting and Finance at Ovid Therapeutics Inc., Robert has a proven track record of leading teams to achieve high performance and implementing process enhancements including technology enablement to improve efficiency and controls. His career spans various industries, including biotech, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, and energy.

Participants will receive practical insights and actionable strategies to navigate the complex landscape of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and SOX compliance in the current year (2024) and beyond.
