Helen Martin is a Director in the firm's Not-for-Profit Services Group. Helen has over 30 years of experience advising on business, audit and tax matters for clients in the social services industry, as well as membership organizations and other not-for-profit organizations.
Helen has extensive experience in the preparation of federal Form 990 and various state reporting. She has consulted with clients on tax implications related to Unrelated Business Taxable Income, the preparation of federal Form 990-T, Limited Liability Companies of tax-exempt organizations and corporate governance issues. Helen also has concentrated expertise in not-for-profit and HUD auditing, including Yellow Book and Uniform Guidance audits.
