Gary Seidner is a Partner and brings his clients over 35 years of public accounting experience in audit, compilation, and review for a broad range of clients throughout the hospitality industry, as well as real estate, construction, and manufacturing. He also conducts tax certiorari audits of New York City real estate properties.
Additionally, Gary has expertise in estate planning for high net worth clients and IRC Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges totaling over $400M. In keeping with his full-service philosophy, he also provides tax preparation services for corporations, partnerships, LLCs, and trusts.
Prior to joining the firm, Gary was an Audit Partner at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP (REM), a leading full-service accounting and auditing firm providing a wide variety of accounting, tax, and business advisory services to organizations of all sizes, emerging businesses, and high net worth individuals.
