Frank Raffaele

Frank Raffaele is an Audit Partner with over 30 years of public accounting experience. As a seasoned audit and assurance professional, he has industry knowledge, technical proficiency, and strong collaborative expertise to add value and senior leadership to public and private companies in the financial services industry including, Business Development Companies (BDCs), Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), hedge funds, venture capital and private equity funds and broker-dealers.

Frank’s experience includes the accounting and auditing of financial services companies, including multinational companies, initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), due diligence for financial and strategic buyers, debt and equity offerings, SEC reporting (1933 Act, 1934 Act and 1940 Act).

Prior to joining the firm, Frank was Partner at a national accounting firm, where he worked in the Financial Services Group and served as a lead client service partner and engagement quality reviewer for a broad range of financial services clients. Additionally, his roles included serving as an SEC-designated Audit Partner, a technical resource to the national asset management practice and the regional Practice Leader for BDCs.
