Ethan Boothe Joins EisnerAmper as Principal-In-Charge of Texas Region

EisnerAmper announced that Ethan Boothe has joined the firm as Principal-in-Charge of EisnerAmper’s fast growing Texas Region. Ethan will be based in Dallas as a member of the Financial Services Practice with a primary focus on working with private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Ethan has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and expertise across many other core industries on a regional, national, and global basis.

In making the announcement, Charly Weinstein, EisnerAmper Chief Executive Officer, said “Ethan brings an incredible combination of industry knowledge and dedication to client service to our firm.  We plan to grow rapidly in the Texas Region, organically and through mergers and acquisitions, and the addition of outstanding professionals like Ethan will accelerate our growth. Ethan has received national awards for his professional business achievements as well as local and regional business awards in Texas. He has prior experience working at both Big 4 and large national accounting firms. Ethan earned a dual B.S. degree in political science and Spanish from Texas Christian University; he has an MBA, with highest honors, from the University of Texas, Dallas School of Management; and has completed a foreign studies program in international business and economics at Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP), Puebla, Mexico.
