David Chadwick

David Chadwick is a Senior Tax Manager and a member of the Financial Services Group, with 10 years of experience providing tax advisory services. He specializes in tax services for investment partnerships, such as hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds, including structuring and compliance.

Prior to joining the firm, David was a Tax Manager at a Big 4 accounting firm and provided tax compliance and consulting services to clients in the in the alternative investment industry.

In his community, David volunteers his services to Blessing Bag Brigade NJ, a non-profit organization dedicated to showing compassion and humanitarianism towards the homeless.

David is a member of the firm’s tax steering committee. He has presented webinars the firm has hosted to professional audiences and for internal training on topics of tax, including year-end tax planning for hedge funds and private equity funds, partnerships allocations, and Section 163(j).
