Daniel Yan

Daniel Yan is a Senior Manager within EisnerAmper Digital, with over 10 years of experience in the technology risk space through positions with several public professional service firms, in addition to the industry and private sector. He has served a number of clients across various sectors, including technology, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, consumer products, and media and entertainment sectors. Dan is responsible for managing the execution of various client engagements in the overall technology risk and cybersecurity space at the firm.

Daniel has a solid background across various areas of the broader technology risk space, including IT and automated business process SOX compliance and optimization, program implementation assessments, ERP risk assessment and advisory services, in addition to cybersecurity governance and operations. He also has an extensive track record leading various teams to success across different client environments.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel was a Manager at a Big 4 accounting professional services firm. He was responsible for all facets of engagement lifecycle from driving the procedural execution approach in collaboration with client leadership, engagement economics optimization, team management and people development, quality assurance of deliverables and results, in addition to subsequent executive-facing results reporting.

Daniel started his career on various cybersecurity operational and project management roles with several international companies for the first five years. He then moved to the professional services sector, and seasoned on the broader technology risk, IT SOX, and cybersecurity governance space for the last eight years serving numerous clients, across multiple industries and in various capacities.
