Brian Loveland

Brian Loveland is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Commercial Services group bringing with him nearly 15 years of experience. He serves clients in key industries, including manufacturing & distribution, retail & consumer products, service providers, biotech & life sciences, and the restaurant industry.

Brian is responsible for annual and quarterly tax provision calculations, as well as federal and state return filings for C-corporations. He works with a diverse client base, including public and privately owned corporations, providing them with valuable insights and perspectives on critical issues related to tax strategies.

Prior to joining our firm, Brian worked as a Senior Tax Manager at a regional accounting firm, where he managed the tax provision calculations for public and private companies and fulfilled federal and state tax return filing requirements. Additionally, he carried out unicap calculations and submitted the necessary Form 3115s for method change.

In addition, Brian is an active contributor to the industry, frequently presenting on relevant topics and participating in discussions to provide valuable insights on topics related to tax planning and tax strategies.
