Aninda Dhar is a Senior Manager in the International Tax Services Group with extensive experience in domestic and international tax matters. He provides tax consulting services to entities in numerous industries and serves a diverse roster of clients, including multinational corporations, privately held businesses and high net worth individuals.
Aninda has developed an expertise in structuring foreign investments in U.S. real estate. Additionally, Aninda has contributed his services to a number of transactions with international tax implications.
Aninda began his tax career at a major law firm where he focused on investment funds. He has also spent a portion of his career at two Big 4 accounting firms. Aninda gained invaluable experience serving as in-house tax counsel for a Fortune 500 Corporation and worked with outside counsel to obtain a private letter ruling which would permit a reverse spin-off transaction.
Aninda is a frequent and popular speaker, both internally and for outside professional groups, in a number of subject areas. In addition, Aninda is a prolific author who has been published in academic journals and industry publications.
