Allan Peiser

Allan Peiser is the Partner-in-Charge of EisnerAmper’s Texas office and a member of firm’s Private Client Services Group. Before joining the firm, Allan was one of the Founding Partners of Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP. The firm serviced privately owned clients in the small to mid-size markets in various industries while maintaining a strong niche in medical and dental practices, manufacturing and distribution companies and contractors.

With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Allan’s initiative, leadership, and responsiveness have been instrumental in assisting clients in various business challenges and opportunities within a variety of industries. Allan has participated in numerous merger and acquisition transactions, combining his knowledge of tax and business with extensive and direct practical experience. He guides clients through crisis situations, reorganizing through bankruptcy, and negotiating transactions.

Prior to the establishment of Goldin Peiser & Peiser, Allan spent four years as a Partner with Peiser & Peiser CPA; six years as owner of Allan M. Peiser CPA; two years as a Manager of profit planning at Neiman Marcus and two years as an Audit in-Charge at Coopers & Lybrand. He credits his success to his reliability, unwavering commitment and ability to add value to his services.

As an active member of the Levine Academy, Allan served as a past President of the School Board. He is a past Finance Committee Chair of Yavneh Academy, was the Finance Chair of the Dallas Jewish Community Capital Campaign and is a former Treasurer of North Texas District Export Council.

An experienced speaker, Allan has presented to a range of professional associations. He has lead discussions on topics such as practice startups, pension plan design, corporate mergers and acquisitions, budgeting and financial modeling.
