Biography

Adam Firestone is a Tax Manager in the Corporate Tax Group with five years of experience in federal, state and local, and international taxation. He provides compliance and tax planning services to multinational companies, both public and privately held. Adam services businesses in a range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, technology, life sciences, and professional services. He has extensive experience with ASC 740, accounting for income taxes.

Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a Senior Analyst with a Big 4 accounting firm, where he provided tax compliance, income tax provision, and tax consulting services.

Adam has authored articles concerning proposed tax legislation, such as the Build Back Better Act, and on other income tax topics. He has also presented to the firm on accounting for income taxes.
