Thomas Franco

Thomas Franco is a Director in the Financial Services Group. With over 20 years of experience working with an array of financial services organizations, including large asset managers, hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate ventures and a multitude of service providers. Tom provides business consulting services to investment fund managers, hedge funds, private equity, real estate and venture capital.

Tom assists clients during the pre and post launch stage by helping clients budget their expenses, choose service providers (e.g., legal, fund administration, prime brokerage, outsourced compliance, lawyers) and handle general infrastructure items such IT services. In addition, he helps clients develop marketing materials to present to prospective investors. Tom has been involved directly and indirectly with several fund launches; and continues to consult a number of those managers today. He also holds Series 7, Series, 63 and Series 65 licenses.

Prior to joining the firm, Tom was a Director for the world's largest hedge fund and private equity administrator, in addition to the largest mutual fund transfer agency. He assisted clients with their development and ongoing middle and back office needs throughout their lifecycle.
