Steven Lange

Steven Lange is the Managing Director of the EisnerAmper Real Estate Outsourced Finance and Accounting practice and a member of the Real Estate Services Group. With over 25 years of financial management, leadership, and accounting experience. Steve oversees the practice providing a broad range of outsourced finance and accounting as well as consulting services and embedded solutions structured and designed to meet Real Estate clients’ short, medium, and long-term needs. These solutions include utilizing cloud-based accounting and ERP solutions.

Steve works closely with companies and their management to review and develop organizational structures, manage high performing finance, treasury and analytics teams in stable, high growth and transformational environments; implementing accounting policies and procedures; assessing financial controls and developing long-range models and financial plans.

Steve’s extensive experience includes process improvement, project management, recruiting and training, financial statements and reporting requirements, managing compliance, tax management and monthly business oversight. In addition, his experience includes oversight and implementation of human resources, compliance, risk management and IT functions, while overseeing extensive merger and acquisition.

Prior to joining the firm, Steve was Principal at a national accounting firm, where he led a practice providing outsourced CFO and accounting advisory services to multiple industry segments including construction, real estate, energy, and asset management clients. He also led the firms’ Private Equity Fund Administration practice.

Steve also held CFO and similar executive level operational management, finance and accounting roles across multiple industries and disciplines including private equity, financial services, manufacturing, energy, technology, and the construction sectors, to name a few.
