Lauren Tomlinson

Lauren Tomlinson is a Partner in the Audit and Assurance Services Practice and provides audit services to public and private companies, including large, established businesses with domestic and international operations as well as start-up companies. Her client base includes sports and entertainment, broker-dealers, technology, and consumer product industries, and she has a proven track record of creating and leading high performing teams.

Lauren has knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including technical expertise in multiple-element revenue recognition, business combinations, debt and equity accounting, and share-based compensation, as well as knowledge of SEC accounting and relevant filings. She works with several public companies on their annual audits, internal control audits, quarterly reviews, and registration statements. Lauren also leads the engagements for two of the firm’s major sports clients.  

Within the firm, Lauren is active in many initiatives. She is the founder and chairperson of EisnerAmper Cares, the firm’s community volunteer organization aimed at serving those in need through donations of employees’ time and skills to charitable, civic, and environmental projects and programs. She also leads the New York office’s annual volunteer day, participates in the firm’s college recruiting efforts, and serves as an advisor to our global audit services staff committee.
