David A. Goldstein

David Goldstein is a Director in the Financial Services Group, with over 20 years of years of experience in business development, relationship management and fund operations. His expertise include fund structuring, jurisdictions, regulations, service models and strategies. David has worked with an array of financial services organizations including hedge funds, private equity funds and other alternative investment strategies. Additionally, he has worked with start-up firms, multi-billion dollar money managers and those in between with their operational needs.

Prior to joining the firm, David was Senior Vice President of Client Solutions and Relationship Management with a leading fund services firm that caters to both U.S. domestic and offshore funds. He presented the company and their services to fund managers and related counterparties. David also acted as a client liaison for strategic client relationships. In his role, he was a member of the Global Operation Committee that reviewed revenue, profitability, significant client relationships, operational challenges and solutions and other business regarding their global service model.

David is the author of “Going Global,” which appeared in the HFM Week U.S. East Coast Report. He serves on the Bryant University Alumni Association and acts as a mentor to current and recently graduated students.
