William Yahara

Biography

William Yahara is a Tax Director and a member of the Financial Services Group, with more than 15 years of tax experience, with a focus on the financial services industry, including hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, commodity pool operators, crypto funds and their related management companies and general partners.

Bill provides tax advisory services with respect to partnership taxation, complex financial products, and tax structuring for fund formations and other complex transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Bill was a Tax Director with a national accounting firm, in addition he has over four years of experience as a Senior Manager with a Big 4 accounting firm. Bill has worked with emerging managers, as well as some of the largest investment management firms in the financial services industry.
