Chip Niculae

Chip Niculae is a Tax Director in the International Services Group. Chip has nearly 15 years of experience in international tax structuring and cross border transactions. His expertise includes inbound and outbound tax structuring, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, global restructurings and liquidations. Chip’s clients consist of multinational corporations and private equity funds. He also has extensive experience with middle market and billion dollar multinational firms based in the U.S. and abroad.

Prior to joining the firm, Chip was an International Tax Senior Manager with a national accounting firm. He also spent time as a Tax Manager within the New York International Tax Services Core Practice at a Big 4 accounting firm and worked with both public and private clients in the technology, retail, manufacturing, satellite, chemical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, automotive, and oil and gas industries.
