Alice Lerman is the Director of Industry Teams and Client Experience. She brings more than 20 years of experience serving clients in professional services firms, and 10 years serving public accounting firms.
Alice directs the EisnerAmper Client Experience – an enterprise-wide program of value-added client service models that differentiates the firm, with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience. She collaborates with firm industry leaders to build industry depth and capabilities. She provides industry insights and other tools needed for developing and executing industry practice business plans and makes recommendations to strengthen each team’s ability to advise clients more effectively.
Alice has extensive experience in management consulting, organizational effectiveness, career growth and coaching. A proven leader, she has designed and implemented experiential industry training programs, industry-tailored service lines, knowledge–sharing initiatives and internal communications systems to disseminate industry insights for both improving client service and expediting new market entry.
Prior to joining the firm, Alice was a senior director at a national accounting firm were she developed and implemented a national industry program. She was formerly a senior manager at a Big 4 accounting firm where she enhanced the real estate industry team through knowledge management strategies, authoring thought leadership, and the development and delivery of industry training.
