Alexa Scudillo is a Consulting Specialist in the Center for Individual and Organizational Performance, which is part of the Center for Family Business Excellence Group, within the Private Business Services Practice. She is responsible for providing research, program support, communications, and process improvement in order to build a strong team of talented individuals who collectively help the firm reach its strategic goals, to nurture an engaging and energizing environment.
Additionally, Alexa provides client relationship management, document development, writing and document control, survey and data collection for evaluation, and training support. She has also provided support for team members who work with closely held businesses.
In the community, Alexa works with Metropolitan Ministries, a local, donor and volunteer-fueled community nonprofit that provide practical solutions for poor and homeless families and individuals throughout Tampa Bay. She is a writer on topics of multigenerational work places, including children of wealth.
Alexa is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Professional Communication.
