Stealth Fintech has recently secured and closed a pre-seed round based on the vision of their CEO, who is a serial entrepreneur with a number of successful exits. The CEO has identified a number of industry problems (global small business banking) and has a very specific roadmap in place as to how to address them. The company is currently building its core product and technology and is looking to add key founding team members in the near future. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to get in on the ‘ground floor’ and work with an established CEO and business leader. The company is in the B2B market segment and will be serving a number of global markets.



  • Developing internal processes and procedures
  • Driving company operating KPIs
  • Work in collaboration with exec team to develop and execute on corporate short-term and long-term strategies
  • Data Security & Compliance
    • Overseeing data security and global compliance requirements with internal and external stakeholders
    • Building out the data security and compliance roadmap with key vendors and advisors
    • Ensuring Uplinq’s systems are never compromised by any outside 3rd party threats/attacks in conjunction with all key stakeholders
    • Ensuring Uplinq maintains all the most up to date regulatory certification and regulatory requirements
  • Setting up the customer service delivery playbook
    • Onboarding

    • Delivering a measurable and superior customer service experience
  • 3rd Party Services Partner Setup & Maintenance
    • Identifying key strategic relationships
    • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with key partners
  • 3rd Party Vendor Setup & Maintenance
    • Identifying key strategic relationships
    • Negotiating and finalizing contracts with key partners. Examples may include:
      • Stripe
      • Plaid
    • HR Infrastructure
      • Setting up the HR needs for the company through an outsourced supplier
        • Payroll
        • Tax submissions
        • Tax reporting
        • Employee policy manual
        • Employee benefits
      • Identifying and setting up corporate insurance needs


  • Budgeting and forecasting for the company on a monthly basis
  • Setting up the cost and billing infrastructure
  • Managing company costs
  • Compile all relevant corporate financial reports
  • Control all financial policies and procedures
  • Business model development
  • Financial modelling
  • Developing the pricing economics for all Uplinq direct and indirect products and services
  • Tax reporting
  • Assist CEO in fundraising efforts
  • Develop financial reporting for key investors as required


  • Having the key internal Uplinq tech lead as a direct report (this may change in the future, and at the sole discretion of the CEO)
  • Overseeing and managing the outsourced technology team
  • Overseeing and managing the product development
  • Developing key strategies as related to product enhancements and evolution
  • Ensuring the product roadmap is delivered on-time and on-budget
