James A. Hatch Admitted to Partnership with EisnerAmper LLP

EisnerAmper LLP today announced that James A. (Jim) Hatch, CPA, was admitted to the firm as a Partner in the firm’s Tax Group, and was named Partner-in-Charge of the firm’s new Human Capital Services practice.

At EisnerAmper, Jim’s practice will concentrate in several areas regarding compensation, benefits design and human resource transaction services, specifically:

As a leader at Big 4 firms, Jim built Human Capital Services practices. He focused on the design and implementation of human capital strategy and other human resource solutions including the design and implementation of employee and executive compensation/ benefits programs, equity-based compensation, variable executive benefit insurance funding programs, sales force effectiveness engagements, change management, outsourcing, employee communication, survey design, talent management, organization design, HR metrics/ scorecards, and HR/workforce effectiveness to Global 1000 companies, with a specialization in the financial services industry.

Jim has a B.S. and M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University; graduate studies toward an M.S. in Taxation from DePaul University; and received post-graduate certification in the Controllership program at the University of Wisconsin’s BAI School and in Management Development at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School. He is a CPA in Illinois and New York and is a member of AICPA.

Jim has written extensively in the field of human capital and compensation, and is the co-author of the book “Delivering on the Promise: How to Attract, Manage and Retain Human Capital”.
