EisnerAmper Trustee and Financial Advisor are Appointed for Sheehan Pipe Line Bankruptcy

On December 30, 2016 the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma appointed Edward Phillips as Financial Advisor to the Trust, in the Sheehan Pipe Line Bankruptcy, Case 16-10678.

Sheehan Liquidating Trust will be responsible for winding down the assets of the Estate and making future distributions to the Unsecured Creditors. In his capacity in the Trust, Phillips will take legal action related to Chapter 5 causes of actions and provide all necessary analysis to support these actions.

The case was originally filed April 15, 2016 and the Plan of Reorganization was confirmed on December 30 of 2016. Geoff Goodman of Foley & Lardner, along with Sam Ory of Frederic Dorwart, represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. Gary McDonald of McDonald, McCann, Metcalf & Carwile, LLP represented the debtor entity.
