Elliott Roth is an Audit Partner with over 40 years of experience. He is involved in the firm’s Professional Practice, Consulting Services and Private Business Services Groups. He has extensive expertise in financial statement presentations and investigative accounting, as well as quality assurance reviews and procedures, litigation support and audits of Service Organization Controls. Elliott also concentrates his practice in the audits of employee benefit plans and all types of compilation and review engagements.
Elliott consults with partners, staff and clients on accounting, auditing and financial statement presentation issues. He is also technical liaison for the Private Business Services Group.
Elliott taught at the university level for over 25 years and is a frequent speaker on accounting and forensic related topics at universities, business and professional organizations, law firms and financial institutions. He has published articles in several legal newsletters and periodicals, and is a regular contributor to the EisnerAmper website.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA) and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He is also active in his community as a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce (GPCC) and is currently serving his third term as a member of the Cherry Hill, NJ Board of Education.
Elliott is a summa cum laude graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Accounting. He received his M.B.A. from Drexel University.
